Though these FAQ might answer some of the big questions – we always approach things with flexibility and reason. Our business is continually evolving, and we’re always excited to talk about the latest things we are doing directly with you.

We usually suggest commencing your coverage at the bridal preparation, and continuing until the end of the event. Extended coverage is available. The exact number of hours required depends on your ceremony time and plans for your day.

We understand that not everything goes as planned during an event. We never pack up before the contracted time, and moreover we’re not leaving on the dot when the contracted time is up. Instead, we will ask you at the end of your contracted time whether or not you would like to extend. If you would like us to stay, we will charge the rates specified in your contract rounded to the closest 30-minute increment.

No, we do not. We eliminate duplicate images, test shots, missed focused shots, shots with bad expressions and other images that may dilute the overall product delivery.

Unfortunately we do not.

Your photos will generally be ready within 8 to 10 weeks following the event. We go through a careful process of choosing the best images from the day and processing each of them with individual attention.

Yes. We offer custom-designed coffee-table photo books in a selection of sizes and variations. We do have samples to show clients.

Yes! During the viewing session three weeks after your wevent, we block out a few hours of time so that you can choose every photo you would like in your album. It is extremely important that you have a say as to which photos you like and want to see displayed in your beautiful album.

YES! Once you have chosen your favorite photos to see in your album, We create a beautiful layout so you can visually see exactly how the album will look. We invite you back into our pffice to view a slideshow of your album and at that time work with you hand in hand to edit and complete the album together. This ensures that you love your album, because every image and every page design has been individually selected by you.

Yes! At any time we are more than happy for you to add sides to your album. We offer a pre wedding discount if you choose to add additional sides prior to your wedding. This is extremely popular as most of our couples love their photos so much they prefer a larger album to ensure their story is told perfectly.

The proofs are ready for viewing in about 2-3 weeks after your event but your album/ book is usually approximately 2-3 weeks from your sign-off-approval date.

No, Our packages are all inclusive. The only extras added are traveling costs for events that we need to travel more than 30 km outside of Johannesburg, but these would be discussed in pre-meetings. If an album is included in the package this includes the quoted number of pages.

We always suggest that we meet and get to know each other, you can view our work and we can discuss the plan for your big day. Every event is different, so we talk through a unique plan tailored specifically for your special day.

Your final payment is due 7 business days (1 week) before your event.
